H.I.P.P. has been developed to enable easy access to a wide range of information on the Highlands & Islands Special Transitional Programme, which brings around £200 million of European funding which, together with public and private resources, supports a £500 million programme to be invested over the next 6 or 7 years for the benefit of people in the area.
